5.5 earthquake hits Myanmar, no casulaty
Nay Pyi Taw, Aug 23 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter Scale hit Myanmar on Tuesday.
As per the IMD website, the intensity of the quake was 'moderate'.
The quake hit at a depth of 100 100 kms,
The epicentre of the quake was located at latitude 23.8 degrees north and 94.5 degrees east, as per the IMD website.
The quake was held at 7:41 hrs.
Quake was also felt in parts of Bangladesh.
No casualty has been reported so far.
