Afghanistan: Airstrike kills 10 Taliban militants, injures 19

Kabul, Dec 29 (IBNS): At least 10 Taliban militants were killed in an airstrike conducted by the Afghanistan government in Faryab province, local Khaama Press reported.

The operation also injured 19 others as the army targeted Qaysar district of the province.

The toll was confirmed by the Ministry of Defence.

Qaysar is a restive zone and a hotbed of terrorism in Afghanistan.
