Afghanistan: At least 23 civilians shot dead by militants

Kabul, Oct 26 (IBNS): Militants kidnapped and shot dead at least 23 civilians from Ghor province of Afghanistan, reports said.

Khaama Press quoted provincial officers as saying that the Taliban was behind the abduction.

The terror outfit is yet to comment on the issue.

Earlier, it had executed 12 people in a similar manner.
