At least 12 Army jawans injured in mysterious blast in Kashmir

Pulwama, Aug 29 (IBNS) At least 12 army soldiers were injured, six of them critically, in a mysterious blast at an army camp near Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday, police said.

The injured were airlifted to Army's Base hospital in Srinagar for treatment.
 
A senior r Police officer told reporter that a device exploded during a training exercise at the cantonment, injuring the  army personnel.

The blast, he said, took place at the Corps Battle School (CBS), an army training school, inside the cantonment in Khrew area of the  saffron
town of Pampore in Pulwama district.
