Currency ban will increase black money corruption, says Kejriwal
New Delhi, Nov 12 (IBNS): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who on Saturday morning termed the demonitisation of 500 and 1000 India Rupee notes as a scam, said that the move will increase corruption and black money.
"Ban on 500/1000 notes biggest scam in recent times. It will increase corruption n black money," Kejriwal's tweet read.
He also asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide a list of his friends who had the prior knowledge of the currency ban.
"3 Qs Modi ji- 1) Who has black money- Adani, Ambani, Sharad Pawar, Badals, Subhash Chandra Or Housewife, grocery shop, labourer, farmer," he said.
"3 Qs Modi ji- 2) Pl provide a list of ur friends whom u told abt this decision before ur announcement on 8 Nov," he added.
"3 Qs Modi ji- 3) Who are these people converting 500/1000 notes to 2000 notes on large scale?" the Delhi Chief Minister's third question read.
