Forest fire in Reasi, J&K, cause damage to trees and forest material

Srinagar, Dec 4 (IBNS): A major fire has broken out in a forest area in Reasi district in Jammu and Kashmir, according to media reports on Monday.

Forest department officials and the state police have rushed to the spot to bring the fire under control.
 
According to media reports, the fire started on Sunday in the Maadi forest area and spread over a large area.
 
No loss of life has been reported yet.
