Heavy rain retards daily-life in Mumbai
Mumbai, Sep 13 (IBNS): Just a few days after the Financial Capital of India was impeded by heavy rain and a consequential flooding. Mumbai on Wednesday morning experienced a halt as a result of downpour late on Tuesdaynight and early morning today, reports said.
According to mid-day.com, places like Andheri experienced slow traffic due to partial water logging.
Few accidents were also reported in Navi Mumbai's Vashi area on Tuesday night.
Local trains in Harbour line and Central line also experienced a delay of about 10 minutes.
The local met department has predicted thunder showers towards the evening.
