ISIS beheads man for 'corrupting earth'

Al-Raqqah, Feb 17 (IBNS) The Islamic State beheaded a man on Tuesday on grounds of 'corrupting earth' charges, according to reports.

Syrian observatory for human rights stated that he was beheaded while children were made to watch.

They allegedly cut off the palm of another person, charging him for theft.

Such public executions are common in the province of Al-Raqqah ever since ISIS took control of the place in 2014.
