Kolkata building fire brought under control
Kolkata, Mar 10 (IBNS): The fire which broke out at Shantiniketan building in Kolkata's Camac Street area on Tuesday has been brought under control.
	The fire was first seen at around 6:30 am. 
	
	According to sources, fire broke out at the branch office of State Bank of Patiala on the 1st floor of Shantiniketan building.
	
	The fire later reached the 3rd floor of the building.
	
	Four fire fighter engines reached the spot and fire fighters fought for nearly one- and- a half hours to bring the fire under control.
	
	Several people were rescued from the multi-stored building. 
	
	One fire fighter has been injured in the incident, reports said.
	
	After primary investigation, fire department officials suspect that the fire broke out due to short circuit.
