Mumbai, Feb 12 (IBNS) In another revelation, David Coleman Headley, who is testifying for the fourth day from an undisclosed US prison, told a Mumbai court on Friday that the Lashkar had plans of blowing up a building because it housed Jews and Isrealites, according to reports.

Headley said that one of the 26/11 location was the Chabad House as it was "an international location where Jewish and Israeli people were staying."

In his deposition, the accused said that he discouraged LeT terrorists from attacking the Naval Base and Siddhivinayaka Temple, as they were both heavily guarded.

Spilling his plans, he further said that he arranged for coloured threads for his men, to make them look like Hindus, thus eloping suspicion.

Naming a Major Iqbal of Pakistani spy agency ISI, he said that the Major told him to secure personnel from Bhaba Atomic research Centre (BARC), people with classified information.

Headley was quoted as saying by NDTV, "Major Iqbal said in future I should recruit for the ISI people from BARC who collect classified information."

He also revealed that the LeT high commanders were unhappy as no attack took place in the Mumbai Airport.

Headley also said that he and the other infiltrators had instructions from Zaki-ur-Rahman Lakhavi that the attack "should be done properly as this is a chance to take revenge for all bomb blasts India had done in the past" in Pakistan.

A convict of the state, David Coleman Headley is serving a 35-year jail-term in the US for the 26/11 Mumbai attack which claimed 166 lives and injured several others.
