New Delhi, Apr 22 (IBNS) : Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Monday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi for talks over the deteriorating security situation in the state that has caused concern for the ruling PDP-BJP alliance, reports said.
