Kolkata, May 27 (IBNS): On the 80th Anniversary of Penguin, one of the oldest and most renowned publishing houses, eighty short classics published by the house, have been showcased at Story, a lifestyle store in Kolkata.
These stories have been authored by legendary writers like Leo Tolstoy, Oscar Wilde, Thomas hardy, John Keats, John Ruskin, Dante, Rudyard Kipling and Guy De Maupassant.
These classic titles are treasured ones as they were previously hard to find and Story has made each of these classics available for Rs. 49 for the customers.
These classics take us from a balloon ride over Victorian London to a garden of blossom in Japan, from Tierra del Fuego to 16th-century California and the Russian steppe.
