PM Modi condemns Munich mass shooting
New Delhi, July 23 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday condemned the mass shooting in Munich, which took place a day ago.
"We are appalled by the horrific incident in Munich. Our thoughts & prayers are with the families of the deceased & those injured," PM Modi tweeted.
At least nine people were killed as a gunman attacked a shopping mall in Germany's Munich city on Friday, reports said.
According to reports, the suspected attacker, who was identified by the police as a 18-year-old German-Iranian dual national, killed himself.
The incident left 16 people injured.
