PM Modi to present vote of thanks in Parliament today, likely to counter Rahul's comment
New Delhi, Mar 3 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to counter Rahul Gandhi's comment in Parliament on Thursday when he will present the vote of thanks to President Pranab Mukherjee for his Budget opening speech.
PMO India tweeted, "This afternoon, PM @narendramodi will speak in the discussion on the Motion of Thanks on the President's Address in the Lok Sabha."
Earlier on Wednesday, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi had said that the The PM is not the country and the country is not the PM and that the Prime Minister cannot run the country only on his opinion.
Mocking the government about their black money scheme, he termed it as the 'fair and lovely scheme'.
He also accused the Prime Minister of foiling their plan of six years of isolating Pakistan as a supporter of terrorism, when he visited the nation earlier this year.
