
Popular singer Rupankar is not only a lead actor in Sin Sister but does his own stunts too
Kolkata, Jan 18 (IBNS): The title track of Sin Sister, a psychological thriller in Bengali, and a romantic song from the same movie were recorded recently at the Kolkata-based Sound House Blues Studio.
National Award winner singer Rupankar Bagchi and Ishani Nag are the lead singers of the film.
“Rupankar-da’s melodious voice makes the romantic song very hummable and may be one of the best works he has done till today," said Pinaki Ghosh of Power Publishers & Motion Pictures.
Interestingly, Bagchi is also a lead actor of the film who has also done his own stunts.

The music composers of this film are Subhadeep Majumder and Avyc Dutta of The Virtual Brothers fame. They composed the two songs and also the background score of Sin Sister
Director Subhabrata Chatterjee said, ‘’The songs will be released this spring. These songs are likely to be in the top charts this year. ‘’
Sin Sister is a Bengali movie adaptation of a novel by Australian novelist Geri Hemer. The cast includes Bengali actors Debolina Dutta, Tathagatha Mukherjee, Rupankar Bagchi, Preetam Ganguluy, Madhumita Gupta, Tuhina Das and Vivaan Ghosh.

The film is produced by Geri Hemer and Pinaki Ghosh and directed by Subhabrata Chatterjee under the banner Power Publishers and Motion Pictures.
The film is about identical twins, sisters Piyu and Kuhu, who find employment as assistants to youth icon and bestselling writer Durjoy Mitra, shortly before Durjoy's fiancee Tanushree's fate takes an unexpected turn, compelling an unconventional police detective Agnibesh Chatterjee (Rupankar) to swing into action.
