President of Indias message on the eve of National Day of Hungary
New Delhi, Aug 19 (IBNS) President of India Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday extended his greetings and felicitations to the Government and people of the Republic of Hungary on the eve of their National Day.
In his message to Janos Ader, the President of the Republic of Hungary, the President has said, “On behalf of Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I extend my warm greetings and best wishes to you and to the people of Hungary on the occasion of your National day."
"Relations between India and Hungary are based on mutual trust, shared values and cultural affinity. Our age-old ties of culture and history have cemented the relationship between our two countries. I believe that this relationship would be further strengthened in the coming years to the benefit of both our countries," Mukherjee said.
"Excellency, I take this opportunity to convey my best wishes for your personal health and well being as well as for the progress and prosperity of the friendly people of Hungary," he said.
