RSS chief to address 20,000 uniformed volunteers in Kerala
Thrissur/IBNS: RSS Sarsangh chalak Mohan Bhagwat will address a special gathering of 20,000 'uniformed' RSS volunteers at a function to be held at Sree Krishna College Ground in Guruvayur on Sunday evening.
Early this morning, Mohan Bhagwat visited and offered prayers to Lord Krishna at Guruvayur Shri Krishna Temple accompanied by senior RSS leaders.
Bhagwat reached Kerala on Sept. 15 as part of his four-day annual visit to attend RSS organisational meetings in the state.
Preparations are underway for 'Sanghik,' the huge gathering of RSS volunteers in full uniform at Guruvayoor.
The RSS chief reached Guruvayur on Saturday night from Thrissur, where he attended organisational meetings on Sept. 16 and 17.
Soon after his arrival in Kerala on Sept.15, the RSS called on spiritual leader Mata Amritanandamayi Devi at her ashram at Vallikavu near Karunagapally in Kollam.
Bhagwat will leave Kerala after addressing the gathering of RSS volunteers this evening.
