Shuttle bus hits Air India plane at Kolkata Airport
Kolkata, Dec 22 (IBNS) A Jet Airways bus lost control and jammed right into a parked Air India plane on Tuesday morning at the Kolkata Airport, according to reports.
Though there was a momentary panic, no casualty was reported. But the flight's engine sustained heavy damage, said reports.
The event took place at around 6:30 a.m.
Reports also said that a probe is underway.
The accident comes a week after an Air India technician died while working in Mumbai airport, getting sucked into the engine of a plane.
