Three arrested in connection with Gujarat journalist murder
Ahmedabad, Aug 24 (IBNS) : Three persons have been arrested in connection with the murder of Gujarat journalist Kishore Dave, reports said.
Dave, who 53, was the bureau chief of 'Jai Hind', a local vernacular daily, was stabbed to death in his office in Saurashtra's Junagarh on Monday night.
Police initially had no clues about the assailants in the absence of any eye witness or CC TV.
His body, bearing multiple wounds, was found by an office assistant.
Dave's relatives have accused a local BJP leader of being behind the murder, which the politician has denied.
Dave was arrested last year for allegedly a defaming the politician's son, a doctor, after few local news papers carried the news of a case of alleged sexual harassment involving him.
