Toddler rescued from 60-foot deep borewell in Rajasthan after overnight operation
Dausa, Rajsthan, Oct 5 (IBNS) A two-and-a-half-year-old girl who fell into a borewell in Rajasthan's Dausa district on Sunday afternoon was rescued on Monday morning, reports said.
The girl, Jyoti, was stuck at about 50 to 60 feet in the 200-feet deep borewell near her house at Biharipura village after she fell into it while playing.
Her mother was working in a nearby field when the accident happened.
A CCTV camera was used to help the rescue workers to locate the girl.
A team of the National Disaster Response Force also helped in the rescue work.
