The popular ones being IIM-Kozhikode, University of Kerala, Cochin University of Science and Technology and Indian Maritime University running courses in MBA/PGDM. 1.Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies, Cochin

It is rated as one of the best B-Schools in a recent survey conducted by MHRD, New Delhi. It offers programmes in MBA, MHRM, PGDM and IMBA. Established in the year 2009, the institute has been granted autonomous status by business school located in Kochi.
 
Placement Check: The highest package rolled out by college is 7.69 Lakhs and an average package of 4.12 Lakhs is offered every year. 2.Rajagiri Business School, Cochin

Another institute run the by the same group, Rajagiri Business School has also made it to the top 50 B-Schools as per the MHRD survey.  The institute has been functional from past 10 years offering courses in MBA, MHRM and PGDM.

Placement Check:The placements are almost similar to RCBS with highest package around 7 Lakhs and average package between 4-5 Lakhs every year. Some of its frequently visiting companies include Future Group, Idea Cellular, Aditya Birla, Deloitte and Oracle.

3.SCMS Cochin School of Business, Cochin

The institute offers PGDM in General Management and Retail Management. For the academic session 2018-2020 the institute shall offer 120 seats in General Management and 60 seats in Retail Management.

Placement Check: The average package rolled out so far has been 5 Lakhs with the highest offer being 7 Lakhs. Some of the leading recruiters that have been visiting the campus are Deloitte, Indian Oil Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd., Speridian Technologies, TufropesPvt. Ltd., Colgate Palmolive, Idea Cellular and TCS. Almost 85% of the entire batch gets on campus placement.

4. DC School of Management and Technology, Pullikkanam

DCSMAS runs degree course in MBA. The selection process of the institute gives 80% weightage to entrance tests scores for final selection.

5. Saintgits Institute of Management, Pathamuttom

The institute was set up in the year 2006 and runs a regular programme in MBA.

Placement Check: The average salary package rolled out every year is over 2.5 Lakhs and the highest package offered is over 5.3 Lakhs. It has 100% placement record with companies like Future Group, Ernst & Young, Infosys, ITC, Reliance, TATA, The Hindu, and TOI visiting every year.

6. Lead College of Management, Palakkad

A relatively new institute, Lead College has earned reputation since its inception in the year 2011. The institute offers degree in MBA and reserves 60 seats out of total 207 seats exclusively for engineering graduates. This certainly has an advantage for engineering students.

Placement Check:Every year companies like Nestle, Federal Bank, ITC, KPMG, Infosys and AMUL offer promising packages to students.
 

7. Marthoma College of Management and Technology, Ernakulum

The national B-School survey has placed Marothoma College among top 25 colleges in South India. The college runs MBA degree course in affiliation to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.

Placement Check: The Institute bags some of the renowned companies Saint-Gobain, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Volkswagen and Ernst Young. Students have been offered decent salary packages.

8. School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science & Technology, Cochin

The School of Management Studies is among the oldest departments of the University. It offers full-time Masters programme in International Business (MIB) and MBA Travel and Tourism.

Placement Check: The highest package rolled out to students has been around 7 Lakhs. The top recruiters of the institute have been Oracle, Idea Cellular, Deloitte, Larsen & Toubro, Samsung, ITC, Oracle, TAJ Group of Hotels, Thomas Cook, The Hindu and TOI.

It’s a Christian Minority institute which runs full time MBA programme in five conventional specialisations.
