Kolkata, Sep 1 (IBNS): Twelve gritty riders will scale the Himalayan heights astride their 110 cc scooter as part of the Himalayan Highs Season 3 promoted by TVS Motor Company.
The riders will be flagged off from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh in the first week of September.
TVS Motor Company is a leading two and three-wheeler manufacturer, and is the flagship company of the USD 7 billion TVS Group.
The shortlisted riders were chosen through grueling multiple rounds of evaluation that focused on the physical stamina and psychological resilience to brave the odds that nature throws as a part and parcel of such rides.
Following selection, they were trained in further riding techniques and safety procedures by experts, including the TVS Racing team.
Aniruddha Haldar, Vice President (Marketing) Commuter Motorcycles, Scooters and Corporate Brand, TVS Motor Company, said, “TVS Zest 110 Himalayan Highs is fast evolving into a landmark event, finding its place into the annual riding calendar of enthusiasts as well as aspirants.
