Accused of practising witchcraft family of six hacked to death in Odisha
Bhubaneswar, Jul 13 (IBNS) In a horrific incident, six members, including children and women, of a family have been hacked to death by villagers in Odisha after they suspected them of practising witchcraft.
The incident has taken place in the Joda area of Keonjhar district, reports said.
Police reached the spot and began investigation into the matter.
In another similar incident on Sunday, a man named Jagabandhu was beaten to death by villagers in Rayagada district of Odisha. The man was suspected by villagers of practising witchcraft.
