Aditya Group (India) forms joint venture company with Huntsman IndiaThai Company Limited
Kolkata, June 6 (IBNS): Kolkata based Aditya Group (India) has announced the formation of a joint venture company Homelicious Hospitality Company Limited (Thailand) with Huntsman IndiaThai Company Limited (Thailand).
The new company was formed following five months of discussions between Huntsman IndiaThai Company Limited (Thailand) and Aditya Group (India) who together have recognised the major synergies that both companies offer each other in the field of Hospitality and Real Estate Ventures in Thailand as well as in Cambodia.
