After #ModiAgainstDelhi, AAP floats #AntiDelhiModi tweets
New Delhi, Jun 8 (IBNS): Launching a fresh salvo at the Prime Minister on Wednesday, a day after the incumbent Delhi government floated #ModiAgainstDelhi tweets, the party said it is wrong of Narendra Modi and his cabinet to snoop on all activities of Delhi government, by floating a fresh #AntiDelhiModi tweets.
Referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as 'Anti Delhi Modi', it tweeted, "How many times has #AntiDelhiModi asked information about officials & consultants working with other state govts?"
Chiding the PM for alleged stagging, AAP said, "Wrong of PMO to snoop on all activities of Delhi Govt, of all states in the Union,why is Delhi being singularly targetted? #AntiDelhiModi."
The party also accused the Prime Minister of confusing his opponents with that of democratically elected government and said that his action of spying is unacceptable.
"PMO must realise distinction betwn political opponents and a democratically elected Govt, spying on Delhi Govt unacceptable #AntiDelhiModi," the Delhi based party tweeted.
AAP also took on Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and said his actions.
"Use of state machinery for snooping on Delhi Govt by Home Ministry at PMO's behest, is it's superlative misuse #AntiDelhiModi," it said.
The Kejriwal-led party also accused BJP of discrimination, stalling and spying in Delhi.
"BJP's dogma of co-operative federalism not being applied to Delhi, first discrimination, then stalling and now spying! #AntiDelhiModi," a tweet read.
The party added that by spying, the Narendra Modi-led BJP government is distrusting the mandate the AAP received from the people of Delhi.
"Spying on Delhi Govt singularly by PMO is tantamount to distrusting Delhi's people and disrespecting their mandate #AntiDelhiModi," it said.
