Blizzard batters USA, more than 13,000 flights cancelled

Washington/New Delhi, Jan 26 (IBNS) The three day long blizzard have not only left USA battered but have also cancelled a whooping 13,000 flights, according to reports.

USA Today reported that 13,400 flights in total have been called off so far, though the rate is slowly leveling with lesser cancellations taking place.

Meanwhile the BBC reported that after USA, Storm Jonas might plague the UK. With the met office cautioning citizens for heavy rain in the West of England.
