
CM reviews security situation ahead of PM's visit to J&K
Jammu, July 3 (IBNS) Ahead of Narendra Modi's maiden visit to Jammu and Kashmir, state Chief Minister Omar Abdullah took stock of the security situation and arrangements put in place on the occasion of the Prime Minister's visit on Friday.
According to sources, the Chief Minister received a brief in connection with the matter at a high level meeting held here under his chairmanship in
which Director General of Police K Rajendera and other security and civil officers of various departments and securityagencies participated.
As per programme, the Prime Minister will inaugurate 25 km long Katra- Udhmapur Rail track and later he will inaugurate 240MW Uri II Hydro Electric Power Project in Baramulla district.
