Delhi HC to hear Kanhaiya Kumar's bail plea tomorrow
New Delhi, Feb 22 (IBNS) Detained JNU student, Kanhaiya Kumar's bail plea will be heard by the Delhi High Court on Wednesday.
The police in their report said that Kumar was involved with the group who let out anti national slogans.
The police also reported that Kumar and his friends went ahead with the Afzal Guru event even after permission for the same was not granted.
His bail plea was rejected by Supreme Court last week, who directed him to move to Delhi High Court and also ordered for his security after Kumar said that he felt unsafe moving to a lower court stating violence against him.
Kumar was arrested earlier this month on sedition charges for anti national activities inside the JNU campus.
