        Five arrested in connection with the Mathura jewellery shop robbery and murders
Mathura, May 20 (IBNS) : The Uttar Pradesh police on Saturday arrested five people, including the main accused, in connection with the murder of two jewellers during a robbery in Mathura, media reports said.
The two jewellers were shot dead as a gang of armed robbers escaped with gold worth Rs. four crore in the Koyalawali Gali area of Mathura on May 15.
Jewellers in Uttar Pradesh observed a day-long strike on Friday demanding immediate arrest of the culprits and protection of them.
According to police, CCTV footage showed the sequence of the crime.
	Six men had come on motorbikes, barged into a jewellery shop and opened fire. While two traders- Vikas and Megh Agarwal- two others were injured in the incident.
