Kolkata's New Town among 13 new smart cities picked by the govt
New Delhi, May 24 (IBNS) Making an entry into the government's smart cities list is Kolkata's New Town along with 12 other places, according to reports.
Others who have made the cut are Dharamshala, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bhagalpur, Warangal, Agartala, Imphal, Faridabad, Raipur, Ranchi, Port Blair and Panaji.
These smart cities will enjoy uninterrupted power supply, water supply, internet connection, along with host of other amenities.
