Missing Snapdeal employee returns home, reunites with family
New Delhi, Feb 12 (IBNS) Deepti Sarna, the Snapdeal employee who went missing from Ghaziabad, has finally returned home on Friday and is safe, according to police and her family.
Deepti, who went missing for two days, was a trending topic on Twitter and other platforms as people prayed for her safe return.
The 24-year old girl has called her father from Haryana's Panipat at around 7 a.mon Friday and she was in a train back to home, police said.
Police have however said that it is still unclear to them as to how she reached there.
A police officer was quoted as saying, "She is exhausted and she needs some rest after which a medical examination will take place. She is unharmed physically. We will question her later."
The girl went missing on Wednesday evening at around 8 p.m.
Though she has lost her phone, according to her friend in Bangalore, who was apparently the last person she spoke to before disappearing for two days, said that Deepti was scolding the auto driver for taking a wrong turn.
Police are on the look out for the auto driver.
