Punjab : Prakash Singh Badal congratulates Congress for victory

New Delhi, Mar 11 (IBNS) : Outgoing Chief Minister of Punjab, Prakash Singh Badal on Friday congratulated the Congress for its victory in the state, saying it was a defeat of the ruling Shiromani Akali Dal and not of any individual.

"It's a defeat of the organisation, not of individuals." he told NDTV.

Badal said his party, will go for an introspection for its defeat.
