Rahul Gandhi resumes Bharat Jodo Yatra after paying tribute to Sree Narayana Guru
Kochi/UNI: The 14th day of Kerala-leg of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra, which entered Ernakulam district, began after offering floral tributes to spiritual leader Sree Narayana Guru here Wednesday.
Rahul Gandhi tweeted: "An inspiring start to the day. Offered my tributes to the great spiritual leader, philosopher and social reformer, Sree Narayana Guru whose teachings of equality are key to the idea of #BharatJodoYatra."

The foot march commenced from Madavana Junction in Kochi with hundreds of people joining the yatra.
It will halt at Edappally at 11 am and resume at 5 pm to reach Paravoor in Aluva.
Congress leader Sachin Pilot along with other top leaders joined the march.
Noted environmental activist CR Neelakandan met Rahul Gandhi and interacted with him on key issues and lent support to the Bharat Jodo Yatra.
Rahul will also interact with selected representatives of Kochi’s IT sector and transgender community. He will also meet with leaders of the Kerala Congress (Joseph).
Over 19 days in the state, the Yatra will cover seven districts over 450 km, before it commences in Karnataka on Oct 1.
The Bharat Jodo Yatra is a five month, over 3,500 km long Padayatra from Kanyakumari to Srinagar. It is part of the party’s national mass outreach program aimed at highlighting social polarisation, economic inequalities and political centralisation.
