Retired judge summons ex Haryana CM over Vadra land case
Chandigarh, Mar 17 (IBNS) Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has been summoned by retired judge Justice SN Dhingra, who is investigating into the controversial land deals involving Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, according to reports.
Hooda has been asked to record his statements on Monday on the allotment of land.
Hooda, who headed the Congress led Haryana government for over 10 years, is accused of facilitating Vadra
The current government also accused Vadra of making huge profit by selling those lands without paying anything to the government.
A probe committee was set up last year by the BJP government.
Vadra, who is under the pump, said this is a politically motivated operation by the BJP.
