SAARC: Pakistan blacks out Rajnath Singh speech, prevents Indian media to cover it
Islamabad/New Delhi, Aug 4 (IBNS): Pakistan blacked out Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh's speech at the SAARC summit in Islamabad on Thursday and also barred Indian media from covering it, according to media reports.
Rajnath Singh delivered a stern message to Pakistan saying that there should be strongest action not only against terrorists or organisations but also against individuals, organisations and nations who support terrorism, reported NDTV.
He also said that there are no good terrorists or bad terrorists and that mere condemnation of terrorism is not enough.
According to media persons attending the meet, Rajnath Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Nisar Ali Khan barely shook hands when the latter was welcoming delegates to the summit.
On Wednesday, Singh had tweeted, "Looking forward to underscore the imperative of meaningful cooperation within the region against terrorism and organised crime."
