The apex court stated that the matter is serious and a High Court cannot revoke President's rule 'just like that'.
The SC bench, comprising Justice Dipak Mishra and Shiva Kirti Singh was quoted in the media as saying, "You don’t revoke President’s rule just like that. The files should have been called for. How much deliberation has gone into the issue? This is a serious matter."
