Rail Budget Protest: Congress leader stomps on Gowda nameplate

New Delhi, July 8 (IBNS) Taking the protest over the Railway Budget to the official residence of Railway Minister Sadananda Gowda, a Congress leader plucked out the nameplate of the minister and stomped on it shouting slogans on Tuesday.
