Afghanistan: At least 45 militants killed in counter-terrorism operation

Kabul, Oct 26 (IBNS): At least 45 militants, including 19 ISIS loyalists, were killed by Afghan forces recently in the country's Nangarhar province, reports said.

Khaama Press quoted the Afghanistan's Ministry of Defence as saying that one Arab militant and 11 Taliban terrorists were among the ones killed.
 
The operation took place with the help of close-air support, officials said.
