JNU row: Delhi court to decide Anirban, Khalid's bail on Friday
New Delhi, Mar 17 (IBNS) A Delhi court on Friday will decide upon the bail plea of Anirban Bhattacharya and Umar Khalid, the JNU students arrested over sedition charges, according to reports.
Earlier this month, JNUSU leader Kanhaiya Kumar, one of the prime accused in the JNU row, was released after the Delhi High Court granted him interim bail.
Bhattacharya and Khalid are among the six students booked on sedition charges after the Feb 9 incident on JNU campus.
Their lawyers have accused the judicial system of bias against them as Kanhaiya, who too faced the same charges, was granted bail.
