Rajnath Singh leaves for 2-day Kashmir visit
New Delhi, Aug 24 (IBNS): Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday left for a two-day visit to Srinagar to take stock of the violence hit Kashmir.
"Leaving New Delhi for Srinagar on a two day visit. Shall interact with civil society groups, political parties and other stakeholders," Singh tweeted on Wednesday morning.
Posting details about his stay in the Valley, the Union minister urged people to join him.
"I will be staying at the Nehru Guest House. Those who believe in Kashmiriyat, Insaniyat and Jamhooriyat are welcome," he tweeted.
