The City of Chicago designates 2020 as the Year of Chicago Music
Chicago/IBNS: Chicagos Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) Commissioner Mark Kelly, Grammy and Oscar Award-winning artist Che Rhymefest Smith and many other civic, arts and music leaders on Friday announced plans to designate 2020 as the Year of Chicago Music.
