Three outstanding PhD scholars to receive Rs 1 lakh a year for three years from Valliappa Foundation

The Valliappa Foundation has announced three Doctoral Research Fellowships to support promising young researchers and honour the enduring contributions of Padma Bhushan Prof Rajinder Kumar, who devoted his career to research at the IISc and rose to be the Dean of Engineering, to chemical engineering, research and institution-building.
