Kolkata, October 9 (IBNS) The Governor of West Bengal, Keshari Nath Tripathi, inaugurated the 20th Annual Concert of Mentaid, West Bengals first registered parents organisation for the benefit of children and youngsters with intellectual and developmental disabilities, here on Tuesday.
