Kolkata, Oct 12 (IBNS): Kavigurur Shantinir [The Bard (Tagore)s peace abode] is the theme of the Chaltabagan Durga Puja marking its 76th year here as the organisers of the famous puja of the City of Joy pitches Kolkata to the UNESCO to declare it as City of Literature in league with some other global cities.
