polling 39 pc in Bengal, 36 pc in Assam in first four hours

Kolkata/Guwahati, Apr. 11 (IBNS) West Bengal and Assam reported 39 per cent and 36 per cent polling respectively till 11 am on Monday as Assembly elections in both the states were going on with brisk turnout despite the scorching summer heat.
