Noida, June 2 (IBNS) Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister for Earth Sciences, on Tuesday cautioned against complacency towards climate change and described the ongoing extreme heat situation and back-to-back deficient monsoon phenomenon as manifestations of climate change.
