AAP MLA Jarnail Singh declared absconder by police

New Delhi, May 5 (IBNS) Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) MLA Jarnail Singh has officially been declared an absconder by the Delhi Police on the charge of assaulting a Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) engineer.
