Union cabinet recommends Delhi government dissolution

New Delhi, Nov 4 (IBNS): The Union Cabinet of the BJP led Narendra Modi government which met on Tuesday urged the President to dissolve the Delhi Assembly as the state heads for a re-election early next year.
