Union Home Ministry against use of plastic to make Indian National Flag

New Delhi, Mar 22 (IBNS): The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an Advisory for strict compliance of provisions contained in the 'Flag Code of India. 2002' and 'The Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971' and has urged administrative bodies to make the public aware about the same.
