Flood alert in Odhisas low-lying areas, 23 people killed

Bhubaneswar, Aug 6 (IBNS): At least 23 people were killed owing to incessant rain that caused flood waters of Mahanadi river at Mundali to gradually inundate many low-lying areas in Odhisa.
